Tips to Get Repeat Web Traffic

1. Update the pages on your website frequently. Stagnant sites are dropped by some search engines. You can even put a date counter on the page to show when it was last updated.

2. Offer additional value on your website. For affiliates and partners you can place links to their sites and products and ask them to do the same for you. You can also advertise their books or videos, if these products relate to your industry and are not in competition with your own product.

3. You can allow customers to ‘opt in’ to get discounts and special offers. Place a link on your site to invite customers to ‘opt in’ to get a monthly newsletter or valuable coupons.

4. Add a link to your primary page with a script ‘Book Mark or Add this site to your Favorites’.

5. Add a link ‘Recommend this site to a Friend’ so that the visitor can email your website link, with a prewritten title, “Thought you might be interested in this”, just by clicking on it.

6. Brand your website so that visitors always know they are on your site. Use consistent colors, logos and slogans and always provide a ‘Contact Us’ link on each page.

7. Create a ‘Our Policies’ page that clearly defines your philosophy and principles in dealing with your customers. Also post your privacy policy as well so that clients know they are secure when they visit your site.

8. Create a FAQ page which addresses most of the doubts and clarifications about your product or your company that are likely to be asked. This helps to resolve most of the customers doubts in their first visit to your site.

9. Ensure that each page on your website has appropriate titles and keywords so that your customer can find their way back to your site if they lose the book mark.

10. Never spam a client, who has opted for newsletters, with unsolicited emails. Later if they decide they want to ‘opt out’ of the mailings, be sure you honor their request and take them off the mailing list. They may still come back if they like your products. But they will certainly not come back if you continue to flood their email box with mails they no longer wish to receive.

‘Motivation’ is different than ‘Inspiration’, and much more important!

People often times lump the terms “motivation” and “inspiration” together as if they are the same thing.
But they are not the same thing. They are totally different things. And when it comes to succeeding in network marketing, motivation is more important than inspiration.

“Motivation” the reason(s) a person has for acting or behaving in a particular way. “Motivation” comes from the word “motive”, which means needs, desires, wants, or drives within a person.
“Inspiration” is the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. “Inspiration” comes from the word “inspire”; it’s basically a feeling of enthusiasm you get from someone or something that gives you new and creative ideas.
Simply said, motivation comes from within you, whereas inspiration comes from outside of you. Regardless of how “inspired” a person becomes, if they’re not “motivated” to take action, then nothing gets done.

Many network marketers get inspired when at their company’s convention or at a large training conference, but that inspiration is short-lived.
The three questions a network marketer must ask themselves are: 1) what do I need from my network marketing business? 2) what do I desire to achieve from my network marketing business? 3) what do I want from my network marketing business? The answers to those three questions are what “drives” the network marketer to do those things that need to be done in order to achieve their needs, wants, and desires.

Motivation is what causes us to make our choices, even if those choices are bad and/or unproductive. For example, earlier today I was “motivated” to mow our lawn. I didn’t want to do it as it’s hot and humid outside. But I “wanted” and “desired” for the grass to look cut and well-kept.

Another example is that yesterday late afternoon I was “motivated” to work out. I didn’t want to do it, as I was tired and cranky and simply wanted to sit down and enjoy a glass of bourbon. But I “wanted” and “desired” my body to look and feel a certain way more than I wanted and desired the bourbon, so I worked out. (Later in the evening I did enjoy a small glass of bourbon while watching a movie with my wife, as I “wanted” and “desired” one.)

If you choose to NOT recruit and fill your recruiting pipeline on a daily basis, then that’s what you are motivated to do based on your wants, needs, and desires. On the other hand, if you do indeed choose to fill your recruiting pipeline on a daily basis, then that’s what you are motivated to do based on your wants, needs, and desire.

10 Questions you should ask yourself?

Be all you can be, but it’s not always in the Army. I often see myself as somewhat contented with my life the way things are, but of course it’s hard to think of anything else when where are real issues to be discussed.

Still I aspire for something deeper and more meaningful.

So we’re all pelted with problems. Honestly it shouldn’t even bother or even hinder us to becoming all we ought to be. Aspirations as kids should continue to live within us, even though it would be short-lived or as long as we could hold on to the dream. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks… or can they?

  1. What do I really want?
The question of the ages. So many things you want to do with your life and so little time to even go about during the day.

Find something that you are good at can help realize that small step towards improvement. Diligence is the key to know that it is worth it.

  1. Should I really change?
Today’s generation has taken another level of redefining ‘self’, or at least that’s what the kids are saying. Having an army of teenage nieces and nephews has taught me that there are far worse things that they could have had than acne or maybe even promiscuity. So how does that fit into your lifestyle?

If history has taught us one thing, it’s the life that we have gone through. Try to see if partying Seventies style wouldn’t appeal to the younger generation, but dancing is part of partying. Watch them applaud after showing them how to really dance than break their bones in break-dancing.

  1. What’s the bright side in all of this?
With so much is happening around us there seem to be no room for even considering that light at the end of the tunnel. We can still see it as something positive without undergoing so much scrutiny. And if it’s a train at the end of the tunnel, take it for a ride and see what makes the world go round!
  2. Am I comfortable with what I’m doing?
There’s always the easy way and the right way when it comes to deciding what goes with which shoes, or purse, shirt and whatnot. It doesn’t take a genius to see yourself as someone unique, or else we’ll all be equally the same in everything we do. Variety brings in very interesting and exciting questions to be experimented.
  3. Have I done enough for myself?
Have you, or is there something more you want to do? Discontentment in every aspect can be dangerous in large doses, but in small amounts you’ll be able to see and do stuff you could never imagine doing.
  4. Am I happy at where I am today?
It’s an unfair question so let it be an answer! You love being a good and loving mom or dad to your kids, then take it up a notch! Your kids will love you forever. The same goes with everyday life!
  5. Am I appealing to the opposite sex?
So maybe I don’t have an answer to that, but that doesn’t mean I can’t try it, though. Whether you shape-up, change the way you wear your clothes or hair, or even your attitude towards people, you should always remember it will always be for your own benefit.
  6. How much could I have?
I suppose in this case there is no such things on having things too much or too little, but it’s more on how badly you really need it. I’d like to have lots of money, no denying that, but the question is that how much are you willing to work for it?
  7. What motivates me?
What motivates you? It’s an answer you have to find out for yourself. There are so many things that can make everyone happy, but to choose one may be the hardest part. It’s not like you can’t have one serving of your favorite food in a buffet and that’s it. Just try it piece by piece.
  8. What Really Makes You Tick?
So? What really makes you tick? You can be just about anything you always wanted to be, but to realize that attaining something that may seem very difficult is already giving up before you even start that journey. Always remember, that self-improvement is not just about the physical or philosophical change you have to undergo, but it’s something that you really want.

Setting Up your Affiliate Marketing System

There is much speculation about how much money you can earn online without your own product. Marketing your own digital product on the Internet can be very lucrative but there is no reason why you can’t profit a great deal by using creative methods that offer real value to Internet surfers and have your own product as well.

An affiliate program is really not as difficult to set up as you may think. Thanks to the high demand for affiliate systems recently, there are now lots of ways to set up your own program.

Here’s what you need to set one up:

  1. A web site with your own domain name.
  2. At least one product or service that you own completely.
  3. A system to handle commission tracking and payment.
That sounds pretty easy, doesn’t it? Well, actually it is! And it’s getting easier all the time.

The first two items listed above are self-explanatory. Of course, you need your own website and your own product or service. You can’t very well set up an associate program if you don’t own the site or the product(s) you will be promoting. If you have not taken these two steps, you’ll need to do them first. Once you’ve managed to get by these two steps, you can move right to step three, setting up your program.

You will need to search the Internet for a system that will handle commission tracking and payment. You can try to do this yourself but you will most likely miss some and missed ones are missed income. There are free ones, as well as, paid ones.

The positive aspects of an associate management system are many:

  1. You can sign on associates more rapidly and grow a larger force of resellers.
  2. You’ll enjoy the automation and online management of affiliates.
  3. These systems provide full sales statistics for both you and your associates.
